This workshop is a review and discussion of the individual results or our CoreScore Self-Leadership Assessment. Participants will gain knowledge for developing a leadership growth plan individually and as a group.

LeadRight Leadership Development Training

This workshop provides each leader insights into their individual LeadRight report and also provides a review and discussion of the team's results. Partificpants will gain knowledge for developing a leadership growth plan individually and as a group. Workshop also includes team role distribution and tuning team dynamics to become a high performing team.

TeamRight Development Training

This workshop is a review and discussion of the team’s results using CoreScore™ Self-Leadership. This includes team role distribution and tuning team dynamics to become a high performing team.

Culture Enrichment

These workshops will be hosted online, one per week, and will kick off week one with an Introduction to CultureRight, followed by weekly workshops addressing Leadership, Performance, Interpersonal and Employee Culture.
